Pricing varies from $165-$200. Before your first IV infusion, you’ll need to complete a simple waiver, consent and health history form, which will be emailed to you before your appointment. If you’re unable to complete these forms in advance, please arrive a few minutes early to fill them out at the spa. This form only needs to be completed once per year. Our team will then customize a vitamin blend tailored just for you, which the medical provider will administer as you relax in a comfortable recliner.
