Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Anew You’s policies. Adhering to our policies creates a happy environment where our professionals can focus on your needs.
By securing your appointment here at Anew You, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore, we require a $50 nonrefundable deposit (even if paying with gift card). This deposit will be deducted from the total service provided to you at the scheduled appointment.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of our services. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to the collection of the nonrefundable charge, which would not go toward any future service. Any future service will also require a $50 nonrefundable deposit. For first time clients, we ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
If your arrival to your appointment is delayed Anew You will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service could possible be abbreviated to avoid delays for our other clients. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.
Because Anew You is limited to elective aesthetics and procedures, we do not bill or accept medical insurance. We accept cash, credit cards and checks. If a check bounces then we will require a $50 processing fee and future payments must be in cash or credit card.We do no offer refunds on services rendered. Defective skin care products (ie broken pump) can be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase for the same product only.
We at Anew You strive to provide quality and natural treatments to our clients. However, not all clients may be right for our services. Therefore we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
At Anew You, our number one goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, in that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. Anew You will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and those that are medically appropriate for you.
